If you are laid off or making low wages in Georgia, you may qualify for up to $7,000 in grant funding to cover your IT training — at no cost to you.

What is WIOA?

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program that provides grants to eligible individuals to cover the cost of approved training programs, including tuition, books, and exam fees. TargetIT has been an approved WIOA training provider on the WorkSource Georgia Eligible Provider List since 2010.

Who is Eligible?

  • Laid off or recently unemployed Georgia residents
  • Low-wage earners looking to gain new, in-demand skills
  • Underemployed workers seeking career advancement
  • Individuals referred by a WorkSource Georgia career center

Visit WorkSource Georgia

Go to your local WorkSource Georgia career center and let them know you want to enroll at TargetIT Training.

Get Approved

WorkSource will determine your eligibility and issue an Individual Training Account (ITA) to cover your costs.

04

Start Training

Enroll in your course, attend instructor-led classes online, and earn your certification — fully funded.
